I had access to $1/gallon fuel back in the day, so bought 500 gallons of storage capacity, a pump, and meter. No longer do I have access to the cheap stuff, but I'll still bulk buy when prices are low. My own strategic reserve so I don't have to buy fuel when prices are high.
