I'm sorely tempted to write snow driving stories all day, but I'll just say that the PodRide seems to be specialized for slick surfaces. It would easily roll on dry pavement, IMHO.
However, I don't think that such small vehicles should have GT-like cornering ability. Something with a gentle breakaway at .6 g lets the driver get used to handling near the edge without looking too extreme. When a real emergency arises, fast, sure reflexes count for a lot more than ultimate lap time potential.
