I think its safe to say bondoing the wheels to make them smooth would completely fail, sorry.
Its made to fill dents, as said above. Its also meant to be used on the body of the car, which is on a suspension. The wheels feel a lot more of every bump in the road than the body.
Its easy enough to pull bondo off a rusty old car, what makes you think its gonna stay on a wheel.
