Also, there's a reason in any rear-end collision the driver in back is almost always at fault. The onus is on them to control their car and respond to traffic in front of them, not on the driver in front to do the impossible and somehow control what's happening behind them.

Yup that's why I told you which one it was occurring on. Not sure if data is available.
