The UN gave the government of the Maldives millions and millions of dollars to relocate their population some where else because the islands were going to be under water soon because of global warming.
Well that was about 10 years ago and the government gave or loaned the money to build multi million dollar beach front reaorts. Last year a friend of mine went to one of these resorts and it was beautiful.
I'm convinced the carbon tax and green new deal BS is for people who want to feel like they're helping the environment but they aren't smart enough to do anything them selves or are too lazy to do anything and don't want to be inconvenienced.
They usually fall into at least 1 or 3 categories. Too stupid, to lazy or not enough money.
