I could say that a study shows that elimination of prisioners criminals would increase security and intelligence among society. So if they ask me :"Are you telling to kill all criminal population of the country?" I will respond : "I didn't said that. You didn't saw me saying that. I just said studies showed that without criminals society would be safer and smarter."
