I watch YouTube at double speed. Is there any way to speed up television and movies?

I watched "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" at double speed, but that worked because it had subtitles. The fight scenes were cool, but it seemed the movie was 90% dialogue!

(I watched the fight scenes at normal speed)
