In the United states few gun shops are ran operated by one person and everyone carries a loaded pistol.
The one gun shop I go to has 2 or 3 people working at all times a secretary up stairs call out anyone she sees approaching the store on the radio on the security cam setup. The guys in the gun shop have a radio ear bud so customers can't here the radio calls.
