My mornings are nice, especially when it's cold and nasty out. Up at 5, get the dog out, then maybe 20 minutes or so in the basement hot tub. Then a nice quick breakfast before getting the kids up and beginning 14 or 15 hours of mayhem.
If the day's mayhem isn't too bad and I've got some time and energy left at the end of the day I can go back down there for a while before bedtime. I always sleep better after that.
