It is also very green. There are nine 2007 Prii in the garage with reported mileage, a plug-in with 192 MPG.

I kind of feel that should have its own category. PiP mileage has nothing to do with non-PiP MPG.

DiamondLarry reports 84.38 MPG.

I have never heard of a Prius getting that kind of fuel economy. Trying to click on his car gives me an error, but his signature says 66.3 MPG over the last 6 months, 65.1 over the last 3 months, 64.7 MPG over the past month, but 72.7 MPG for all time.

How is his all-time average 8 MPG higher than his six-month average?

I don't get it. I will discard this outlier.

Bob64 logged 63.73 MPG
EnergyProf: 59.6
Kurzer: 50.9
Winston: 45.58
JamesShaw89: 44.4
JoeLevi: 42.27
AlohaSpirit: 42.15

They average 49.8 MPG. There are 190 2007 Prii on FuelEconomy.org, varying from 33.5 MPG (!) to 74.5, averaging 46.4. I averaged 44 MPG in my Civic. It may be a newer car, but I believe that I will pass. I forget who told me that a Prius does not make sense when you drive an economical car economically, but the numbers support him.

Sure, these guys got 110 MPG over 1,397 miles, but they drove the same 15-mile stretch almost 100 times at an average speed of less than 30 MPG.

Die in a fire, you wasted your life.

Four people spent 47 hours driving a Prius for a publicity stunt? https://www.treehugger.com/cars/team...-in-prius.html
