We're talking maybe a dozen times or less running out of fuel in 20 years of driving, most of which when I was in my early 20's. It's been 3 years since I last ran out, so it's happening less and less frequently.

I get it, it's a way to procrastinate from studying. I do the same thing when I'm in school. I'll think of absolutely any reason to not focus on stupid boring homework, like maybe mom could use a hand with something, or there's interesting Youtube videos.
