Port Orchard Washington has (or at least used to have 25 years ago) a free public pressurized fresh water, under body wash station, by the salt water boat launch. I thought that was great, but there is hardly a shortage of fresh water around Port Orchard.
The #1 use of fresh water on our aircraft carrier at sea was washing planes, more than showers but that was before they let women on board. Not a dig on women but a dig on men who didn't shower for other men.
