I've ridden in an XK120--a friend in Tacoma has a nicely restored one. They aren't large cars--7 inches shorter and 7.5 inches narrower than a Prius. It's just that the D-type is a
tiny car, and the perspective of that photo makes it seem even smaller in comparison.
