This is just odd, but because of the elongated body length probably has a better Cd than an original AMC Pacer.

I wonder if they have a DOT windshield on that.

If you zoom in, you can see another car inside of this one, a targa or T-top with top off or roof top cut out.

Thinking that one may enter though the roof (sunroof), and this is an event/show car.
