What wheels do you have on the Prius? They look like the larger, heavier Touring wheels. You could easily save a few pounds there by switching over to the lighter 15" alloys found on most Prii. IIRC they 15s are 14lbs each, and the Touring are somewhere between 17 and 20 lbs each.
