When casting things with beads it's easy for resin to accumulate in the corners and weighs alot more. Outward shapes are great as you can rake it onto the offcuts. The front quarters only have two layers of 200g so will be quite flexible, however the bonding is only 4 inches apart so it's ok.
Also on some parts I've allowed for a layer with unsoiled offcuts. It's easy to think they're not worth anything....
..Also will clean the busbars and do 0-60, when I get round to it
