Agree on painted coroplast on the front - my lower grille block is painted black coroplast and it's pretty chipped up. Mostly from driving along dirt roads.
I wonder how well vinyl wrap would stick to coroplast. I imagine it would look pretty good.
Black coroplast is available but IIRC it's a bit more expensive than the normal white stuff.
