I'm in the middle of upgrading my CR-10S to a E3 V6 hot end so I can do ABS, nylon, polycarbonate and other high temperature stuff. PLA is great, but being able to bolt something to an engine would be awesome. Right now I think mine tops out around 240 as well. I've tried, but it just will not do ABS well. Where as my other small printer does it great, but it runs hotter.
