Underside is standard and not aerodynamic.
I can put panels there, but how to attach them safe?
Is there a DIY way of hubcaps? or can I buy these somewhere online? (Europe?)

Tire pressure is about 2.4 to 2.6 bar.
I am driving relative economical, it means not above 110 kp/h, steady driving, minimum breaking, looking ahaid.
But not like a very old person and not annoying all the other road users.
