Many things would be made simpler on the moon. I like to imagine a rail or similarly low rolling resistance road constructed very evenly around the moon, and a bicycle with extraordinary range in gearing. Such a setup could allow speeds of hundreds or thousands of MPH with just meager human power. Somewhere around 3758 MPH the rider would become weightless and orbit the moon with no further input of energy. MPG would be practically infinite.

What I'd give to hit a golf ball on the moon.
