Don't know what you might make if you spent 1/2 the time you do procrastinating on the internet doing something that pays, but it would be more than nothing. I'm guilty of the same procrastination. I could be speaking fluent Spanish and play the guitar by now.
If I ever hit hard times and needed income, I'd start a lawn maintenance company. Actually I'd probably do freelance IT work, but lawn maintenance seems steady and I'm good at it, and I have the equipment already.
