Guess that's what we get for living with our brutal climate. Nobody wants to move here, even when there's work. Somehow I don't mind the 5 months of snow and occasional 30-40 below zero weather, but it certainly would be nice to have winters as mild as Oregon or Arizona's.
EDIT: Regarding the original post, just another $80 book on how to get rich selling $80 books. This scam is as old as time.

I feel you on brutal winters. Though we usually see -20 steady air temps from Christmas till the beginning of March. Windchill is usually -40 through that time, and I have experienced as much as -70 windchill more than once.
