The only metal panels on the exterior are the hood, the rooftop and the top of the trunk lid, the rest of the exterior panels are plastic. I don’t have a fender lip to which I can attach anything... the mounts I made for the previous versions of wheel skirt were screwed into my fender liner but they were aligned to hold the skirt inboard of the edge of the fender
