I stayed a few nights in Haarlem back in April of 1997.There was no air conditioning. The snows had ended two weeks before I got there. It was great! It's hard to imagine 39.3-C. Especially pedaling a bicycle down to the central train station every day,to go to work.I'd have to jump into one of the canals!

I'm just home from a 2½ hour evening walk!
The wind turned west and temperatures dropped to the low 30s (Celsius). And humidity is untypically low, plus that wind. It was nice-ish. Google Fit says 11.21 km. That's about my daily average since the stent, the heat wave did not get in the way yet.
25 degrees now (22:30), but the wind turned east again. It won't drop much further.
Minimum day temperature for Friday is estimated at 25 Celsius. The record is 23.2 or so (this June), used to be 22.
