I tend to be annoyed by remakes of movies that don't need a remake, but it isn't reasonable. If it bothers me, I don't have to watch it. I suppose it bothers me that others want to watch a worse rendition of a masterpiece...
...Then again, there was the one time I complained about there being another Batman/Joker movie, as if Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson couldn't be improved upon... and it was phenomenally better. It wasn't really the acting that was better, but the realness of the storyline and the philosophical themes.
