I had to make a couple trips from Glenville to Clay and back today. Filled the car up beforehand and afterward at the same gas station in Gassaway, same pump even... I can’t see it being a filling error due to using the exact same pump, but I legitimately thought my fuel gauge was broken when I pulled in...

I triple checked the pump and the odometer reading, and did the calculations over and over again, 274.9mi (added 5% to the trip meter) and 4.133 gallons of fuel, it’s a record for certain!

Temps were around 90F the whole time, the engine was kept warm for the entire tank, the terrain for the trip was mostly flat, with small rolling hills, and 90% of the trip was two lane roads, PnG between 40 and 55mph. Tires were bald and at an unknown pressure, and I think Mercury has come out of retrograde?

Point is, this tank probably represents the pinnacle of what this car can do in its current form, in perfectly optimized conditions, with perfect hypermiling...

Anyway, 66.5MPG!
