The model 3 batteries will be very very difficult to separate into modules. They are nearly encapsulated in a single unit with some very difficult to remove substance. Also, the corrugated hollow copper cooling tubes are intertwined with the cells. I nearly bought one until I luckily discovered the potting stuff. Model S cells can be removed as modules, as stated above. I believe they are 55V per module ?
