The short version its basically dissassemble the pack as shown then get the cooling jackets out of the way and start desoldering each cylindrical cell like those cheap chinese firecrackers we used to split apart as kids. Its pretty much a group about recycling batteries into repurposed storage. Mostly 18650s is the focus though.



Then you can start the next tedious process of putting new pvc jackets on each battery. lol

But I will say depending on what you're using it for you can just leave the pack assembled and add BMS protection on top of it. I know a lot of RV guys do this.
