I do not know how many highways have traffic lights at highway speeds, but there are some leaving the Phoenix area for where I live. The speed limit is 65, traffic is 75 - 80, but I know that I will need to stop, so I take my foot off of the accelerator, but someone rear-ends me in a 6,000-pound ego hauler because I am too stupid to keep up with traffic. Oh well! Nobody misses stupid people!
Except for celebrities. History was made by stupid people!
