The Hindenburg was a THERMITE fire, the hydrogen was just an added insult.
It didn't blow up, it caught fire after the containment system burnt away
On rocket engines, with all that liquid O2 mixing with liquid hydrogen, you still need an ignition source to get a fire. Go look at all the launch pad cameras at the spark devices on launch.
