Here is a post from years ago showing some wheel spats. Including my minivan spats. I made mine custom by constructing a frame from heavy wire then sewing some polyester cloth over them, heat shrinking the fabric then doing a wet layup of heavy carbon. Once cured you can peel off the frame and cloth and are left with a stable good shape.

The grill cover was made similarly with the cloth but just taped it on the car. Wet layup of heavy carbon fibre and take it off The shape is a copy of the form fit cloth.
