That's why the climate cult is crumbling.
The ipcc is ostracizing the dooms day cultists and accepting solar inputs other than total total irradiance. Which appears to be cherry picked specifically because it's the only form of energy the sun emits that barely changes.
Hell it looks like they are in danger of doing actual real science again. Which would be really bad for the cult of climatology.
To play devil's advocate a lot of the space weather instruments and platforms have now wasn't available 20 years ago let alone 40 years ago. The really cool stuff like real time space weather observations tied to real time atmospheric influence didn't come on line till about a year ago. That was kind of the "oh sh!t, we f'ed up, we f'ed this up bad" moment.
