Us cheap DIY mechanics use a piece of common grade water pipe that fits over the end of the wrench. I have various sizes from 2 ft to 6 ft long. Downside is limited swing typically underneath. If that won't do it, I have a $15 HF come-a-long that will do 2000 lbs. Typically I shear off the head of the bolt, particularly left hand threaded ones.
