They took great pains to make a 911 look like a 356 didn't they?
I think the extra width and area of the wheels/body more than makes up for the racer box cavity benefits.

I would put this into "Oddity" thread or even the Non-Aerodynamic category despite some of it's positive features.
Gotta compare it to the
stock car, the Duck-Tail lowered drag if I recall correctly.
