What would be the best way to spend a "Paperwork day?"

I work at a charter school seeing students Monday and Tuesday and then I drive to the first school, clock in, take care of paperwork or whatever, and drive to another school half an hour away, see ten kids, drive back, and clock out, for a total of twenty hours a week, unless we have meetings, which invariably interfere with my real job [which pays way better].

Tomorrow the public school kids will be off, our kids will go home at noon, but I am still supposed to work. Well, my supervisor said that I am supposed to be at work. The kids will just go home before our appointment time. She said that I could catch up on paperwork, but I rarely go home without finishing everything.

What would be the best way to spend that time?
