Thanks for the tips. I actually just finished printing the bottom plate this morning. I lowered the extrusion temperature as much as I was comfortable with, raised the bed temperature a good amount, and used a 10mm brim on it. It looks like it came out pretty good.

I have certainly thought about it. The LEDs I have used in the past have worked okayish. Decent light output, low power use, good low beam, but horrible high beam pattern.
