RE: Highway Tug

So, we are turning the highways into train ways? A non-pod/train vehicle would find it difficult to maneuver around such a road train. Maybe we just improve the rail ways and have a better system for loading and unloading cars onto trains, like they have for the Chunnel train?

Also, the cost of running an electromagnet to hold several tons while being moved up hills, against head and cross winds... Just not sure about that either... but I am not sure of how many watthours it would take to do this.
