From what I've seen, there is minimal discussion and lots of bad ideas on other forums.

I was on a Jeep forum where people insisted the best thing you could do to improve fuel economy was to install a cold air intake and a high flow air filter.

The people serious about improving their economy regardless of what they drive will find their way here, especially since I link to here all the time.
