To each their own - IMHO these features reduce sales more than drag.
I could get used to it, but I'd rather get used to a Model 3.
What I found when editing this picture is that if you remove one detail the others really stand out weird. With the DRLs reduced the side vents were the only disruption at that height and looked horrible.
