you know they make smaller compact AUX water pumps that run off of 12 volts Designed for cars?
also i suggest moving the air dam forward more if you can ...
also i suggest taking a Air dam from a tahoe hybrid (4") these are correctly designed air dams compared to running a "flat one"
they knew what they were doing since they got it down from 0.37 to 0.34 Coefficient drag with very "slight" modifications to the front end ..
(the air dam having the most to do with it as you can see it's flush with the bumper )
