"Outlander Sport low rider" doesn't return a result as a search term. But you can do a lot with tire cross sections. My Superbeetle has stock 165-15 on the front and 165/50-15 on the front.

165/50-R15 tires are 0.93 inches (23.5 mm) smaller in diameter than 145/65-R15 tires and the speedometer difference is 4.1%
Cal Look uses 145 in front (similar to lowriders) and 165s in back. The 165/50 has much more contact patch. Adds about 2 1/2" drop. (The trick to a hot VW is stock engine and undersized front tires. It's good for +10-12% more top end. )
