A 3D printed part would be sintered. A mold taken from a 3D printed pattern would be cast. Maybe 3D print wax and bury it in sand?
Sintered cast or forged, further options would be cryogenic tempering (changes the grain pattern and shrinks the part some %) or surface treatment (irradiation or whatever, anything but pink/magenta powder coat
