Why are we still discussing why I did not watch that video?

I already explained it twice.

When we establish the wrong way to do something, logically we can decide the correct way.

Each of these Kevin videos have been about how to get through the coronavirus outbreak.

I would create a new thread, but you guys would probably still complain, so here you go!
  1. Loan processor
  2. 3d scanning houses. This time he promoted a $500 camera like I mentioned in that thread.
  3. Real estate wholesaler
  4. Construction
  5. Amazon
  6. Get Class A CDL and drive for UPS, FedEx, etc.
  7. Target deliveryboy
  8. Hospital registrar
  9. Loan originator or officer
  10. Realtor
  11. Construction contractor
  12. Programmer
  13. Long-term investor

I cannot find any loan processor jobs near me, but there should be some work-from-home opportunity somewhere.
We already discussed scanning houses and I did not like the math.
There are plenty of construction jobs listed in my area, but none show the pay!
There are allegedly Amazon jobs in my area! It says they pay $16 - 35 hourly. Clicking through that application it says that Home Depot is hiring for $18 - 28 an hour.
Really?
I said “No" and it showed me the same ad!
“Amazon Jobs near 85901” shows twenty jobs and the ones that say “Amazon” seem to be spam. I suspect this entire site!
Indeed doesn’t show anything.
There are Home Depot jobs, but Indeed does not show the pay. Neither does their website.
There are a number of delivery jobs in the area--pizza, car parts, and some requiring a CDL, but none show the pay.
No nearby Target from which to deliver.
There is a registrar job in the local hospital, the one that was not testing for coronavirus, and diagnosed all respiratory infections as “Pneumonia.” It does not say the pay.

The rest of the list are things for which you can prepare now to do later.
I looked into becoming a realtor before. There had been fewer than 700 home sales in the county in the last year and 100 realtors. Several sales a year may be normal for a realtor, but don’t many new realtors sell zero their first year? The average home value in my city is $235,000 . The average commission is 6%, but you only take home 25% of that. One and a half percent of $235,000 is $3,525. If I sell 6.5 a year I make $22,912.50
How does Real Estate Agent get paid?

I need to sell almost twice as many, almost one a month, to average what I have earned in the past year.
I do not know how to evaluate how viable construction contracting is in my area.
Google shows twenty programming jobs in my area.
None of them are actually in my area.

Once again, I can live in this beautiful area and enjoy the weather, or move back to Phoenix where it hits at least 115° every summer, traffic is terrible, and everything is beige.

I make more up here than I did in the valley, but there are a couple of other agencies down there that may be better at getting me clients.

In unrelated news, coronavirus made its way to my county, but part of my county further away than Phoenix, so I wouldn't worry, except a client is currently staying half an hour away.

I kind of feel like waiting a couple of weeks before I see him.

I read all of the articles, but usually I felt that the title provided all of the useful information.
