I live in Turkey. And the toilets have like a mini jet of water to wash your a-hole.
However, were I to install something, I much prefer the Finnish system.
Usually bathrooms are constructed in such a manner that you can reach the faucet while seated on the throne. The wash process is as follows:
1- Reach to the faucet and adjust desired water temperature appropriate for anus.
2- Take mini shower head while faucet is running.
3- Aim mini shower head at desired location.
4- Press button on mini shower head and the water running from the faucet is automatically redirected to the mini shower head.
5- Perform cleansing until posterior is squeaky clean.
