We have a 1,500w heater in our bathroom, which is smaller.
It doesn't seem to make the room very warm, but it is starting around 70°. It would have to make a difference when it is around freezing!
It shouldn't get that cold again, so am I far more concerned with other issues.
By the way, Sunday was Dad's birthday. I made a devil's food cake, and we went to his grave to sing "Happy Birthday" with my sisters and the younglings on speakerphone.
The cake looked great when I removed it from the oven, but apparently it fell while it was cooling.
I put the entire tub of frosting in the hole and none on the outer 2".
