Hearst Publication's recent sister magazines,CAR and DRIVER and ROAD and TRACK,both gave Volkswagen Group's Porsche Taycan low marks for efficiency/range.It's Volkswagen's 3rd-strike for BEVs,after VW and Audi.
While scoring high marks in certain contextual,subjective categories,the Porsche ends up with essentially the lowest efficiency rating of all electric cars.This is after extremely critical remarks by Porsche engineers about the Tesla S of 2013,of which they've failed to match',let alone exceed(slay)in the most important metrics associated with BEVs.The 9-year-old Tesla is considered something yet to be reckoned with.
