My thoughts on the market for Musk here? If he can offer a way for financial firms to uplink directly to Starlink from lasers on the trading buildings, and can give a guarantee of prioritized best path for traffic, then this is going to get pretty close to a theoretical optimal latency path from one place to another across the world.

SpaceX Starlink Will Not Be for High-Frequency Trading ...

The SpaceX Starlink satellite network will not for high-frequency trading. It is for the productivity of tens of thousands of finance people in each finance city pair. Latency makes each communication people and machines, machines and machines slower. It is a million tiny cuts per person.
Another group who will benefit are gamers.
