The Sumitomo HTR200 is supposed to be a pretty decent LRR tire.

Interesting; Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels says your stock sized tires were on 14" rims, not 13s. Anyway, the HTR200 is available in a number of sizes for 13" rims, from 175s up through 215s. I think a similar variety exists in the 14" sizes as well.

They are listed as "high performance summer" tires, so don't expect them to be stellar in the rain or to deal well at all with mud/ice/snow. They may also not last a really long time either, but that depends on how you drive and how you maintain them of course.

I have a set in 175/70-14 that I just put on my CRX. (10mm narrrower than stock! ) They seem OK so far.
