Hey guys just checking in. I've decided to keep the prius and have it sprayed, the crz will be too difficult to get under .28Cd. And thanks yes I do leave for work early and drive slowly but it's quaint in the country, I like it, and there is still a radiator although it could be made smaller..2kgs maybe..
from rough estimations (in my experience) 18kg equalled 1mpg difference but that will be different depending on wether you do long runs or round town, for me personally
