Blue house. Looked at stuff, but is there a yard at all? Zillow and I have a hateful relationship so no plot view Mostly ok for a super fixer upper that gets low balled offers but won't qualify for federal backed loans. Sink is typical for that era in tiny bathrooms, screwed to studs. Everyone here in Reno requires move in ready condition, so fixers won't sell as is.
